Social Ink worked side by side with the world’s largest intergovernmental organization, The United Nations, to create a new website for its large pension fund. Serving over 125,000 active and retired United Nations employees across the world, the site serves as a portal and primary resource for the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund.
This multifaceted platform offers content in both English and French, guiding the Fund’s participants and beneficiaries through the organization’s extensive forms, rules, and regulations. To create a user-friendly experience for site visitors to quickly find specific information, we built a time- and experience-based interactive based on organizational affiliation and experience.
Other key solutions for the project include low-bandwidth browsing options, and CMS-powered sidebar indices, formatted content blocks, multimedia embeds, interactive tutorials, and a modular design system that allows for flexible creation of rich content on any page of the site. As always our responsive design approach means the site is optimized across an array of phones, tablets, monitors, and other screens.
We’re proud to have built this flagship site for the United Nations, and continue our work on websites for large NGOs, IGOs, nonprofits and foundations!
