Cost-Benefit Knowledge Bank for Criminal Justice (Vera Institute of Justice – CBKB)

About the Work

The Cost-Benefit Knowledge Bank for Criminal Justice (CBKB) works to expand understanding and use of cost-benefit analysis in criminal justice. CBKB is a project of New York’s Vera Institute of Justice.

As part of our continuing work with the Vera Institute of Justice, Social Ink worked closely with CBKB to rewrite the underlying codebase and platform for their website. In addition to fundamental programming rewrites, we reviewed the site for UI and UX (user interface and user experience) issues, trimming away and streamlining areas for a more accessible and less disorienting user experience.

We’re proud of our continuing work building websites for nonprofits with the Vera Institute of Justice, a New York-based organization working toward justice reform and advocacy across an array of sectors and disciplines.
