Highbridge Voices is an arts-centric nonprofit in the Highbridge area of the Bronx, NY, focusing on youth development through music education and performance.

Continuing our work building websites for nonprofits, we worked alongside the Highbridge team to completely overhaul their old, static website, bringing them into the ‘modern’ age of the web. By re-organizing their content, focusing on audience, access, and prioritization, we re-shaped their presence and outreach, providing a CMS-powered site that will grow with the organization–and can be managed day-to-day by organizational staff.

Specific project challenges included a vast multimedia collection, including audio players, video, and slideshow galleries, and integrated, self-hosted donations for fundraising, including recurring donations. We extend Highbridge outreach by integrating the site with the Mailchimp CRM and E-Newsletter platform, setting up seamless collection forms to keep their audience engaged beyond the site itself.

We’re thrilled to work with this vital youth-oriented nonprofit and community organization, and count them as a shining example of the kind of clients we had in mind when we founded Social Ink.
