Continuing our work producing websits for artists and creatives, we set up the site in an easy-to-update Content Management System (CMS), complete with custom slideshows, javascript scrolling, and navigation menus.

A complete visual identity overhaul and CMS development grounded our work for the international women’s rights nonprofit UNANIMA International.

Project specifics included  parallel development of multiple language sites (Portuguese, English, French and Spanish), and image-rich features including slideshows, dynamic world map, events calendar, and an email newsletter.

Our work with  UNANIMA is a founding example of our mission building websites for nonprofits.

Life Lover Foundation

Life Lover Foundation Homepage

The Life Lover Foundation is a philanthropic organization funding radical approaches to cancer research.

We carried over our work building sites for nonprofits to the other side of the equation, working to provide foundations with websites that make their mission more efficient.

Specific work for Life Lover included a visual identity overhaul, web development, and e-commerce integration. Work covered CMS development, custom logo and illustration, slideshow, and online donations.

Complete site overhaul for ONO, an international body providing resources and a communication platform for public editors and ombudsmen.

Project included logo redesign and rebranding, CMS integration, UI and information architecture overhaul, complete site redesign,javascript navigation and multimedia slideshow techniques, a system for member contributions and content, and an email newsletter integration.

Website overhaul for GEMS, a New York City-based non profit fighting the sexual exploitation of young women through programs and outreach. Project included CMS integration, UI and information architecture overhaul, complete site redesign, icon design, javascript navigation and multimedia slideshow techniques, Constant Contact newsletter integration, and e-commerce integration.

Complete podcast production, including audio/video production and post-production, podcast feed creation, and iTunes registration integration for NYC’s The Skyscraper Museum.

WEDO, the Women’s Environment and Development Organization, is a New York City-based non-profit focusing on international women’s rights. Working together with the WEDO team, we planned and implemented a complete website overhaul, including visual identity and rebranding, a CMS-powered website, and an information architecture rebuild.

Key components of the website include slideshows and multimedia, a filter-based library, events calendar, and distinct sections for themes, initiatives, and press.

We continue to have an ongoing relationship with the fine folks at WEDO, adding functionality and new sections as necessary.

Courage to Refuse

Website and organizational planning for Israel’s highly successful military civil rights project.

Production of postcards, infographs, maps, and renderings and photo retouching as part of the 2007 exhibition, “World’s Tallest, Burj Dubai.” Exhibition work also included video production and projection set up for in-gallery display.

Postcard for VIVA2: Visual Interface to the Virtual Archive 2, a flash-based online database of the Museum’s collection. Social Ink also served as the database manager for the VIVA2 project.
