In a new record for site deployment, Social Ink worked round the clock to develop and launch a website for the Campaign for Children NYC, a partnership of The Emergency Coalition to Save Child Care and the NYC Youth Alliance. The site is designed to complement and further the efforts of the campaign against Mayor Bloomberg’s recent cuts to child care and after-school programs. Campaign for Children NYC

Campaign for Children NYC - Home

The Emergency Coalition to Save Child Care advocates teamed up the NYC Youth Alliance to create the Campaign for Children NYC, an initiative aimed at influencing Mayor Bloomberg to fully fund child care and after-school programs.

In record time, Social Ink launched the site, which integrates Facebook and Twitter feeds, along with sign-up for an e-newsletter, to help get the word out. Specific functionality includes CMS development, interface design, embedded video, and custom slideshows.

Ongoing work for the campaign maintains our commitment to building long-lasting advocacy sites for progressive organizations.

Social Ink designed a site to match the spirit of her newest book, Motherhood Exaggerated. The site is powered by slideshows, reviews, upcoming events, writing and resources, and prominent sales entryways via the book’s publishers.

Motherhood Exaggerated: Buy the Book

Social Ink is pleased to announce the launch of Motherhood Exaggerated, a site which showcases Judith Hannan's newest book--a memoir that chronicles her personal struggle as a mother caring for a daughter with cancer. Social Ink worked closely with Hannan and publicity firm LWC on the look and feel of the site. It was important that the site design convey the conflicting aesthetics of both spiritual and medical concerns, while retaining a closeness to nature and art. The site will help publicize upcoming speaking events and facilitate book sales. Don't Hang Up On Us - Home

Deployed in record time, Social Ink designed and developed the campaign website for the Consumer Coalition for Affordable Reliable Phone Service, to fight the deregulation of VOIP. The site serves as both a campaign information hub for press and interested parties, as well as a tool for organizers to collect email addresses and configure petitions.

A front page slideshow and dynamic fact sheet info graphics dynamically engages users to get involved and take action.

brandadvisors Portfolio

Social Ink is pleased to launch the new website for brandadvisors, a San Francisco-based innovation and strategy firm. With web designers on hand to create a beautiful site, the team at brandadvisors needed consulting on site functionality and web development leadership to see their vision come to life. You can read more about this project on our portfolio page or click on over to the site. With a tight deadline, and a large number of portfolio assets to develop, Social Ink stepped in to lead the site's development, which included custom animations, full slideshow integration, and dynamic navigation across the site. The site literally had a Hollywood ending, as it launched just in time to feature brandadvisors' advertising work for its clients on the 84th Annual Academy Awards.
